Hello everyone! I’m Jeru Manoj Manuel
I’m thrilled to share my incredible journey into understanding human biology over the last two decades. Tons of personal experiences in my early years drew me into this world with the passion to unlock the mysteries in our ‘Genes’. The journey has been exciting, sometimes frustrating, and yet intriguing up until this point, where my motto to solve disorders has taken shape.
My adventures have taken me across the exciting landscapes of research and development, program management, and business development. I’ve thrived in academia, the fast-paced world of industry, and the dynamic environment of start-ups. The paths traversed gave me experience as a Biomedical Scientist, an author, and, above all, an eternal student in quest.
Passion
As someone who’s deeply passionate about making science accessible to all, I’m driven by the desire to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, understandable language, often using captivating visuals to simplify the learning process and smoothen the journey.

As someone who understands and values the importance of leadership, I am committed to empowering students and guiding them on a successful career journey. I envision a future where students are confident in their abilities to achieve their academic and professional aspirations.
Mission
As someone who’s walked the path of education and research firsthand, I understand the challenges students and budding professionals face. I offer research mentoring, involving in-depth theoretical, quantitative, and technical aspects of research, while also equipping them with the practical skills to apply the theoretical knowledge and finally enable them to effectively publish their findings. I embark further to share my learnings and experiences in the role of a Mentor, the enthusiasm for which stems from witnessing the transformative power of mentorship. With uMaster, my startup that offers personalized mentorship, I aim to extend this mission further by tailoring guidance to each individual’s unique needs, unlocking their full potential, and ensuring they achieve their goals.
